A Chance To Lower Certificate Holders.
The lower certificate (2.2, & 3rd class) holders has been sidelined out of the employment system, and Out of the economic control, even though their private established ventures contribute more to national economic development. They have been given no chance to show up what they have.
So far in every employment advert, there have been an increasing instruction demanding for only those who have higher certificate values as being qualified to apply for so so and so job opportunities.
This, though is a standard set to ensure that only those with a better qualification and experience (but not more knowledgeable) are given the chance to be employed and work as effective as have been expected. But, Yes! Lesser than most number of them give a satisfying result expected of them, they mainly focus on the survival of the EXISTING, without much concern on what growth strategy should be employed to boost the growth of the firm, while others are not creatively inclined, which most low class graduates are.
It has got to the notice of the world that these day's education is based on the text for human memory and not human intelligence, which is a major contributing factor to the scenario where those in possession of good memory make higher grades than the opposite. The pressure mounted on the lower class graduate as a result of the disregard for them in the society has also help to put up pressure on the rate of bribery and corruption (called soughting) in our higher institutions. Where many get into starvations just to save up money to get themselves cleared with unmerited good grades, which is latter presented to the society but cannot be defended.
From experience, more than 80% of those with a 2.2 grade made it all from their head, knowledge, and personal dedication to studies. Contrary to the 2.1 holders whose true percentage (%), I cant actually state.
Most of the flourishing, well growing and enduring firms today, are owned and managed by a sometime lower class graduates, who has naturally the common sense, which is though not actually common. Who has the ability to take and manage risks, well calculated.
Having this known, a considerable chance to lower certificate holders in some areas can bring a convincing reason to change in things like- educational system, chances of employment, and most importantly, can make a positive impact on the nations economy. Their experience can help boost the nations gross domestic product (GDP).
Thanks!
