INEC Chairman, Mahmood Tells Court That He Can't Be Arrested.

Mahmood Yakubu challenged the validity of the arrest warrant that was issued against him by the federal height court in Abuja.
He urged the appellate court to invoke it's power and void other than that was issued against him by trial Justice Stephens Pam.
