The Russian billionaire has found a short-term solution to the problem by applying for Israeli citizenship, which will allow him into the UK for a 'short stay' of six months or less. He qualifies for Israeli citizenship through his Jewish heritage. The root cause of his UK visa complications comes from his refusal to disclose the sources of his income. In Israel, meanwhile, he will be exempt from paying taxes and declaring income for ten years, under a controversial law that police reportedly say was pushed by  Benjamin Netanyahu to benefit his billionaire f riends in exchange for gift. 

WASHINGTON—The Department of Homeland Security said Friday it would provide businesses another 15,000 H-2B visas to bring low-skilled foreign workers to the U.S. this summer, offering a modest infusion to the popular program. The number of visas available each year for seasonal work is capped by statute at 66,000, evenly divided between the summer and winter seasons. Congress declined to lift that cap during negotiations this spring. It did, however, give the secretary of homeland security authority to issue up to 69,000 more this summer if she determines there is sufficient need. A range of businesses—including fisheries, landscapers and those in summer tourist spots—have complained about worker shortages and have been waiting to see if Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen will use that authority. A 21-year-old rape victim from  Georgia  was awarded $1 billion (£750 million) in a historic jury verdict believed to be the largest ever handed down in an American assault case. According to court documents,  Hope  Cheston , was sexually assaulted by an armed security guard at an apartment complex near Atlanta while she was visiting a friend in October 2012. She was 14 at that time of the attack. The guard,  Brandon Lamar Zachary , was 22. Brandon, who worked at Pointe South Apartments in  Jonesboro , was convicted of statutory rape and child molestation and sentenced to 20 years behind bars in June 2016.  But in a recent lawsuit filed by Cheston against Brandon's company, she claimed, that they never contacted her or apologized for what happened. The Port-Harcourt resident identified Aku Caroline Oluchi, a graduate of Mathematics and Computer Science (MCS) from the Federal University of Technology, FUTO in Owerri, Imo state – was abandoned by her husband immediately she had this health problem.  According to Kelechi Amadi, the sick woman has been suffering from a case of ruptured appendix not quickly diagnosed, thus leading to damage of the intestine and rupture of the stomach into 3 holes, passing out faeces. It was gathered that after the initial surgery – two holes closed up, but the remaining one refused to close for almost two months now. Just yesterday we brought to you a report that revealed Nigerian veteran musicians,  Danfo Drivers in a video chat with  Wazobia Tv  alleging that  Made Men Music Group  artiste,  Tekno  released a remake of their 2008 classic ‘ Kpolongo ‘ as  ‘ Jogodo ‘ without obtaining permission from them, which is an intellectual property theft. In the 1minutes video clip the leader  singer of the music duo , said “ Tekno dey make me vex, if I catch am, him no go like me ” insisting that  Tekno  is owing them and that he will personally deal with him if he eventually gets hold of the new age singer. Syrian regime media accused Israel of launching missiles against its forces near Damascus. Syrian regime forces on Tuesday night intercepted two Israeli missiles fired towards a district near Damascus, the regime's  SANA  news agency said, but a monitor said nine pro-regime fighters died in the strike. According to  SANA , "anti-aircraft defences intercepted two Israeli missiles launched against (the district of) Kissweh and destroyed them". Casualties not certain The agency had earlier reported "explosions" in the southern suburb, while state television broadcast images of fires in the area targeted by the strikes. Rami Abdel Rahman, director of the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the missiles had targeted a weapons depot in Kissweh, "presumably belonging to Hezbollah and the Iranians". Ace musicians, “Danfo Drivers” have called out  Tekno  for ​sampling a part of their song without their approval. The​​​ ​musicians in the early 2000s made a lot of hit songs, including ‘Jogodo.’ According to them​,​ Tekno ​stole a piece of their song in one of his new singles titled, ‘Jogodo’. Danfo Drivers in an interview with Wazobia TV revealed that they were not pleased with Tekno’s action and ​promised to take it on him if they see him. Speaking in pidgin English, they said: “Tekno dey make us vex. You know why we dey vex? You just come dey carry person music dey go dey sing. “Why Tekno go do that kain thing.
